extent for all of our 11 scheduled race events thus far. We love our $10
family nights as it brings out so many families that otherwise may not
have attended. There are a lot of race fans in Crawford County and a lot
of new people that are Crawford County Night appeals too. And our new
marketing partner Renegade Classics is behind out bike night, which we
have never tried before."
Rod George missed competition last Saturday due to the wedding for his
son, which propelled Arnie Kent into the point lead for the Luxaire
Heating & Cooling Sprint Cars. Kent of New Castle, Pa. recorded his best
finish of the season in runner-up finishing behind three-time winner Brian
Ellenberger. Kent, who is looking for his first win of the season and his
first championship of any kind, leads May 10 winner Scott Bonnell by eight
points.
Fresh off his first win of the season last Saturday night, Lonny Riggs
jumped from fourth in points into the point lead for the Tire Express
Modifieds. The Volant, Pa. driver has won races in the Stock Cars,
Sportsman Modifieds, Big-Block Modifieds, and the current 358 Modified
class, but has never won a track championship. Riggs holds a six-point
lead over 2005 champion and recent BRP Big-Block Modified Tour winner Gary
Smoker.
After a win in the Memorial Day FASTRAK Northeast Touring event, a third
place finish last Saturday combined with Brian Booher's misfortunate,
Frank Guidace has assumed the point lead in the McElwain Motors FASTRAK
Late Models. Guidace, of Mercer, leads Booher by just six points. Bobby
Powell, who won his first race of the season last Saturday, is within 14
points in fourth position, but is near the top in the FASTRAK National
Weekly Series- which will pay its champion $10,000.
Todd Canter continues his consistency to hold onto the lead in the Big
Daddy's Speed Center Mod Lites. The Warren, Ohio driver has finished in
the top six in all five events this season and has a 20-point advantage on
defending champion Rod Jones, who has won two of the last three events.

Mini Stock feature. With the victory, Harrisville, Pa. driver ascended
from sixth in points to second and trails Dan McEwen by 12 points. McEwen,
